Lègadi
Zibibbo
A fortified wine made in purity from Zibibbo grapes (Moscato d’Alessandria), in the vineyards situated in the sunny area of the province of Trapani. Grapes are hand-harvested around mid-September and immediately processed. Intense and enveloping, Lègadi Zibibbo is characterised by a fruit bouquet of figs and yellow peach, with overtones of orange blossom and sweet spices.

Denomination: IGP TERRE SICILIANE
Colour: pale straw-yellow, with golden reflections
Perlage: fine and persistent
Bouquet: intense on the nose. Scents of yellow-pulp fruit, figs and hints of orange blossom are distinctly perceived
Taste: the mouthfeel is pleasant, fine and elegant
Food matching: it pairs well with all the Sicilian dessert specialty, both dry and creamy, such as cannoli and cassate
Recommended glass: small sized, tulip-shaped glass
Serving temperature: 12-15°C
