Colour: Straw yellow.
Bouquet: On the nose, it presents a bouquet of floral and fruity notes. Among the floral aromas, wildflowers and broom stand out, with hints of chamomile.
Taste: The flavors of citrus and white-fleshed fruits return, along with subtle accents of aromatic herbs and a delicate saline sensation. The light sweetness of the extra dry is balanced by the freshness, making the sip smooth and pleasant.
Food matching: The liveliness and freshness of the sparkling wine pair well with seafood, balancing their salinity. Also excellent with citrus risotto or fried calamari or shrimp.
