Mix bubbles with exotic ingredients, creating real experiences that will win the palates of an ever-increasing number of young consumers. Here is Lavixology, the latest project of Colomba Bianca that, thanks to a partnership with the world of bartending, winks at the increasingly driving segment of mixology, focusing on the energy and freshness of its 5 single-grape bubbles, to create as many cocktails, each with its own personality.

Lavixology will make sparkling wines meet with mixology. A combination that conquers the world of cocktails, revealing their most contemporary and dynamic face. Lavì Grillo extra dry (awarded the best white Charmat of “Sicily in Bolle 2023”), Lavì Nerello Mascalese Blanc De Noir Brut, Lavì rosato Nero D’Avola extra dry, Lavì Chardonnay Brut Nature and Lavì Zibibbo Demi Sec will be mixed with special ingredients, creating original proposals.

There are 5 different sparkling wines, 5 varieties that incorporate the Sicilian spirit and that are candidates to represent vitality and desire to share the youngest segment of the market. Many events around Sicily, a program of evenings during which the wines of Colomba Bianca will be the protagonists. The goal is to transform the summer holidays of Sicilians in elegant and sparkling parties, taking advantage of the vivacity of bubbles.

Sicily Blow is an explosion of scents and colors made of limoncello, orange juice and Lavì Zibibbo. Fresh75 mixes Gin, raspberry syrup and lemon juice to enhance the Lavi Blanc de Noir Brut.
